Pam Snyder Etters is in her eighth season as the head coach for the Penn State Altoona women's soccer program.

Etters served as an assistant for the team from 2005 to 2009, helping the Lady Lions to their first-ever undefeated season and Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference championship in 2008, followed by a record-breaking 18 wins and the squad's first Eastern College Athletic Conference tournament appearance in 2009.

In her first season as head coach of the Lady Lions in 2010, Etters helped guide the team to its second-ever AMCC championship and the second NCAA Division III Women's Soccer Tournament appearance in program history.

Etters earned her undergraduate degree in Fine Arts from Penn State University. She currently works as a public artist for her own company and also works as Program Director for The International Tour de Toona professional cycling race.

Etters is a native of Altoona and currently resides there with her husband, Travis, and their new daughter, Emma.
