2024-25: Competed as a junior with the Penn State Altoona men’s swimming program…was first-team All-Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference in the 500 Yard Freestyle…also took second-team All-AMCC status in the 1,650 Yard Freestyle, 400 Yard Medley Relay, 400 Yard Freestyle Relay, and 800 Yard Freestyle Relay events…scored points for his team in several events during the AMCC Championships…individually, won the 500 Yard Freestyle (4:39.58) AMCC final while placing second in the conference in the 1,650 Yard Freestyle (16:21.72) and third in the 400 Yard IM (4:20.60)…as a part of relay teams, placed second in the AMCC in the 400 Yard Medley Relay (3:37.32), 400 Yard Freestyle Relay (3:13.15), and 800 Yard Freestyle Relay (7:12.84) and fifth in the 200 Yard Freestyle Relay (1:29.92)…was named the AMCC Men’s Swimmer of the Week on Oct. 14 and Oct. 28…earned a place on the AMCC’s Academic All-Conference team as a Peak Performer…was inducted into Chi Alpha Sigma, the national college athlete honor society…was named to the College Sports Communicators’ NCAA Division III Academic All-District team.

2023-24: Competed as a sophomore with the Penn State Altoona men’s swimming program, his first season with the team…was second-team All-Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference in two individual swims and two relay events: the 500 Yard and 1,650 Yard Freestyles, and the 400 Yard and 800 Yard Freestyle Relays…scored points in a slew of events during the AMCC Championships…individually, placed second in the AMCC in the 500 Yard Freestyle (4:39.85) and the 1,650 Yard Freestyle (16:32.18), as well as fourth in the 400 Yard IM (4:14.83)…in relays, was second place in the conference in the 400 Yard Freestyle Relay (3:11.94) and 800 Yard Freestyle Relay (7:12.59) while also being sixth in the AMCC in the 200 Yard Medley Relay (1:40.88) and seventh in the 400 Yard Medley Relay (3:45.14)…earned a place on the AMCC Academic All-Conference team as a Peak Performer.

2021-22 (at Wilmington): Was a member of the men's swimming team at Division III Wilmington College as a freshman...earned All-Ohio Athletic Conference honors.

High School: Four-year letter winner in swimming at Knoch High School...was an eight-time WPIAL medalist from 2019-22...was a PIAA finalist in 2019, 2021, and 2022...set two high school records in the 200 Freestyle Relay (2019) and 500 Freestyle (2022)...four-year high honor student.

Personal: Son of Marcie Stoops and Anthony Traggiai...majoring in Human Development and Family Studies...transferred to Penn State Altoona from Division III Wilmington College after his freshman season.
